Lokalna hrana na otocima pretežno je u znaku ribljih specijaliteta i plodova mora. Sami lovimo ribu u svojoj batani, a dnevni ulov redovito uključujemo u jelovnik. Definitivno jedno od preporučenih jela koje morate kušati na Rabu je sušena hobotnica!
Rapskog štoklja (hobotnicu) sušimo na buri. Kada iz njega ispari voda, jačina okusa dolazi do svog punog izražaja. Konoba Rab jedna je od rijetkih na otoku u kojoj ćete pronaći sušenu hobotnicu s jajima, a najbolje će se sljubiti s čašom dobrog vina.

Konoba Rab stands out as one of the rare spots on the island serving this dried octopus with eggs, a delicacy that's perfectly complemented by a glass of fine wine.
Alongside the octopus, the menu boasts simple yet flavorful dishes like tender calamari, juicy shrimps, and perfectly grilled herring.
